SECRET PLACE WITH A SEDUCTIVE VIEW - Santa Trinita Bridge

PONTE SANTA TRINITA
How to get there: It is the bridge that connects Piazza Santa Trinita with Piazza de Frescobaldi. Right in front of Ponte Vecchio

Discover the secret place on the Arno river, in the frontrow on Ponte Vecchio...

This is something you should not do ...but it's so exciting!
Jump over the bridge's balaustrade is dangerous ...but here beyond it's a so special place! There is also the risk to take a fine ...but, believe me, it worth!

On the side of Santa Trinita Bridge there is a unique "front-row seat" to enjoy a spectacular view in an uncommon lonliness.

This is one of the most beautiful bridge in Florence (built between 1567 and 1571). The bridge owes its elegance even to the supporting pylons, which have a horizontal section at acute angles to the trunks to prevent entanglement of branches that are often brought by the flood of the river. But also to allow the more adventurous who want to venture on the pylon for an intimate moment and take a closer look on Ponte Vecchio (right in front!).

The American painter Anthony Brunelli must have been here and must beings in love with this corner. Find the detail in this great canvas which is so representative for the artistic movement called Hyperrealism, better than every photo..
